Regardless of the circumstances, the guarantee of this business is that no matter what happens, we'll make it right and before we are done, you will have received the service that you paid for and deserve. Our focus is on customer service and having the lowest price in the entire area.
This is for you to freely take advantage of! I guarantee that you will receive the service that you require when we do business. There is but a $20 fee for a system that I work on but am unable to complete. In such a situation, I will research the problem that day and return ASAP to complete our business, at which time the remaining $30 will be paid (or whatever amount remains on the contract).
